Very little. A weekly check-in call takes around 30 to 45 minutes, and the rest is built into your existing decisions, what to order, when to eat, how to navigate a hotel breakfast. There's no meal prep, no calorie-tracking app to obsess over, and no homework. The system works around your schedule, not the other way around.
