Personalised nutrition and habit coaching built around your schedule, not against it. For busy professionals — whether your days are back-to-back meetings, deep-focus deadlines, or life between airports and hotels.
Sound Familiar?
You've tried meal prepping, calorie counting, and downloading apps, but nothing was designed for the way you actually work. Your week doesn't fit inside a standard nutrition plan. Yours needs to be different.
The Process
Not rigid rules — a flexible framework that works at your desk, in a restaurant, or in any hotel, any city, any situation.
We map your working week, your demands, your goals, and your lifestyle. No generic forms — a real conversation so your plan actually fits your life.
You receive a flexible nutrition and habit framework built around your specific patterns, with situational playbooks for the office, restaurants, and the road when you need them.
Weekly check-ins, real-time messaging, and plan adjustments as your schedule changes. Your coach adapts with you, week by week.
What's Included
A complete coaching system built for professionals with demanding schedules.
Practical guides for the situations that trip most people up — client dinners, working lunches, takeaways, and, when you need it, life on the road.
No rigid meal plans. Instead, a framework that tells you what to prioritise in any situation, so you always have a smart default.
A dedicated 45-minute check-in each week to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan in real time.
Stuck in front of a menu or a supermarket shelf? Message your coach directly. Guidance when you need it, not just on call days.
From the local Italian to Japanese izakayas to a client-dinner steakhouse, know exactly what to order to stay on track.
We track more than weight. Energy, sleep quality, focus, and recovery are all part of the picture.
Certified as a nutrition coach and having spent years inside demanding professional roles — including plenty of business travel — I built Orbit & Balance because mainstream nutrition advice simply doesn't work for people living the way we do.
I've worked with consultants, executives, sales professionals, and founders across every industry, helping them build the habits and knowledge to perform at their best — whether they're at a desk, in front of a client, or halfway across the world.
About
Orbit & Balance was born out of personal frustration. After years of working with high-performing professionals, I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, motivated people undone by nutrition advice that was never designed for their lives.
The world of nutrition is flooded with advice for people with stable routines, home kitchens, and predictable schedules. If that's not you — and if you're reading this, it probably isn't — you need a different approach entirely.
That's what we build here: a sustainable system that flexes with your week.
FAQ
Everything you need to know before getting started.
Yes — that's exactly who this is built for. Rather than a rigid meal plan that falls apart the first time your calendar shifts, you'll receive a flexible framework that adapts to your week. Whether it's a lunchtime deadline, a client dinner, or a hotel breakfast in another time zone, you'll always know what to do.
Both, deliberately so. Nutrition information on its own rarely survives a demanding week — you need the habit systems, the routines, cues, and decision defaults, that make good choices automatic when your schedule keeps changing. Every client gets a nutrition framework for what to eat, and a habit-coaching structure for making it stick, week after week.
Apps and generic plans assume you have a home kitchen, a consistent schedule, and the time to prep. Orbit & Balance assumes none of that. Everything, from your calorie targets to your restaurant guidance, is built around your actual lifestyle. You also have direct access to a real coach, not an algorithm.
Very little. A weekly check-in call takes around 30 to 45 minutes, and the rest is built into decisions you're already making — what to order, when to eat, what to keep at home. There's no meal prep, no calorie-tracking app to obsess over, and no homework. The system works around your schedule, not the other way around.
Most clients notice improved energy and fewer afternoon crashes within the first two to three weeks. Body composition changes typically begin showing within four to six weeks, depending on your goals. The bigger shift is long-term — building habits that hold up regardless of how demanding the week gets.
Not in the traditional sense. You'll understand your targets and what they look like in real food, but the goal is to build intuition, not dependency on an app. For busy professionals, sustainable habits beat precise tracking every time. If you enjoy tracking, we can incorporate it, but it's never a requirement.
You receive a personalised nutrition and habit framework, situational playbooks (working lunches, client dinners, common restaurant cuisines, and life on the road when you need it), weekly coaching calls, direct messaging support, and regular plan adjustments as your schedule evolves. Everything is documented in a clean client report you can refer back to at any time.
We ask for a minimum commitment of three months. Meaningful, lasting change — especially inside a demanding professional schedule — takes time to build and embed properly. One month is rarely enough to see the full picture. After three months, most clients have the habits, knowledge, and confidence to maintain their progress independently, or choose to continue for ongoing support.
